Please note that we require at least 4-6 hours before the event for optimal setup and 2 hours after the event concludes for breakdown. The more time we have to setup, the better the end results will be come event time.*

Are there any stairs or obstacles for load-in?*

What type of power is available for our equipment?*

Is there a designated Front of House (FOH) area with adequate space for our technicians, tables and equipment?*

Will clean drinking water be provided throughout the event?*

For fast and efficient load-in and load-out, having reserved parking near the venue entrance is very helpful for our equipment vehicles. Will this be possible?*
